Featuring Body Training Systems Group Fitness Programming, our group classes run 7 days a week with plenty of opportunities for strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility and core work. Our team of talented and certified swim instructors are ready to teach you the basics or advanced stroke techniques, depending on your needs. Lessons offered in group and one-on-one environments. From beginner tadpole's to experienced triathletes, we have all your needs covered.

           TRX

 

TRX suspension training was designed by Navy Seals using adjustable straps that can be used anywhere to complete an extensive, full-bodied workout suitable for every fitness level.   Currently available only in our Dewitt location, coming SOON to Liverpool!
